【摘 要】 目的 探讨中药冬虫夏草(cordyceps sinensis，CS)对人乳癌细胞株MCF-7体外增殖抑制作用及凋亡的影响。 方法 应用MTT比色法测定CS对MCF-7的增殖抑制率;应用流式细胞仪、DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳法观察细胞凋亡。 结果 CS能抑制MCF-7细胞生长，且呈浓度.时间依赖性，CS在1.0～50μg.mL培养24～96h生长抑制率改变最为明显;CS可使MCF-7细胞凋亡，流式细胞仪DNA直方图上出现了凋亡峰，凋亡率分别为(4.9±3.2)%、(10.7±2.7)%、(14.7±0.5)%，对照组凋亡率为(0.9±0.2)%，凋亡率呈浓度依赖性;琼脂糖凝胶电泳可见DNA梯形条带。 结论 CS可诱导MCF-7细胞凋亡，对MCF-7细胞具有增殖抑制作用。
