β防御素2在不同月龄大鼠肺组织表达研究

     【摘要】目的研究老龄(18～20月)和青年(2～3月)大鼠肺组织表达β防御素2(βdefensin2，BD2)的量有无差别。方法老年和青年健康Wistar大鼠各10只，采用逆转录多聚酶链反应方法检测肺组织BD2基因表达水平；HE染色切片来了解肺组织的情况。结果老龄大鼠肺组织BD2基因表达水平为0208±0138，青年为0351±0206，2组差别无显著性(P>005)。HE染色切片老年大鼠肺组织可见肺泡断裂、肺间隔增厚、酸性细胞渗出等改变，而青年大鼠没有上述改变。结论基因水平上青年大鼠肺组织BD2稍高于老龄大鼠，但无统计学意义，提示老年人易患呼吸道感染与BD2的表达可能无关，但仍需进一步的研究。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the exspression of βdefensin2(BD2) gene in the pulmonary tissues of young (23 months) and old (1820 months) rats. Methods Total RNA was isolated from the pulmonary tissues of the rats.BD2 mRNA was measured by RTPCR.The pulmonary tissues were observed by H&E dyeing.
