[摘要] 目的：对胰岛素泵的治疗效果进行评价。方法：通过比较胰岛素泵持续皮下注射与诺和灵30 R多次皮下注射，观察两者治疗效果的不同。结果：胰岛素泵持续皮下注射组血糖达标时间少于诺和灵30 R多次皮下注射组，且低血糖发生率低于对照组。结论：胰岛素泵作为一种先进的糖尿病治疗措施，有其优越性，值得临床广泛使用。[关键词] 糖尿病；胰岛素泵；强化治疗

Abstract:Objective Carry on the evaluation to the treatment result that insulin pump.Methods Pass to compare the insulin pump to keep on the subcutaneous injection and promises and work properly many subcutaneous injections of 30R,observe the dissimilarity that both cure the result.Results The insulin pump keeps on a blood sugar of subcutaneous injection to reach the mark time is little in matched control,and the low blood sugar occurrence rate is low in matched control.Conclusion The insulin pump is decline of a kind of forerunner the sugar means,have it the superiority,deserve the extensive usage of clinic.
