E钙粘蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义

     【摘要】目的探讨E钙粘蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化技术(Envision两步法)对52例非小细胞肺癌蜡块标本进行E钙粘蛋白表达情况的检测。结果本组52例非小细胞肺癌中，E钙粘蛋白阳性28例占53.8%；肺癌组织中E钙粘蛋白的表达水平与侵袭情况、病理组织分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床TNM分期均相关(P<0.05)；其中与病理组织分级呈显著相关(P<0.01)；E钙粘蛋白表达与预后没有相关性。结论 E钙粘蛋白的检测对评估非小细胞肺癌的侵袭情况、病理组织分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移有较大意义。

    The clinical significance of Ecadherin expression in nonsmallcell lung cancer

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical significance and expression of cell adhesion molecules Ecadherin in nonsmallcell lung cancer.Methods The levels of Ecadherin were examined in 52 specimens of nonsmallcell lung cancer by immunohistochemical technique.Results Among the 52 specimens,the expression of Ecadherin was 28 (53.8%);E cadherin expression levels were correlated with invasiveness,differentiation,TNM staging and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05),which was not related with prognosis.Conclusion The examination of Ecadherin in nonsmallcell lung cancer can help to evaluate its invasiveness,histological differentiation,TNM staging and lymph node metastasis. ......
