鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性鼻窦真菌病 (pdf)[摘要] 目的 探讨鼻内镜手术代替传统柯-陆手术治疗非侵袭性鼻窦真菌病的疗效。方法 采用Wolf 30°鼻内镜行病侧钩突切除，筛泡、筛窦内有病变者开放筛房，扩大上颌窦开口，清理上颌窦内菌团。术中均用生理盐水反复冲洗术腔，术后定期鼻内镜下换药。结果 35例均临床治愈。33例随访6个月～3年，原有症状消失，未见复发，2例失访。结论 采用鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性鼻窦真菌病，较之传统的柯-陆手术创伤小、照明好、清除病灶准确；不损害鼻腔正常的生理功能；保证鼻窦通气引流，减少复发，治愈率高。
