【摘要】 目的 建立测定胃得宁片有效成分含量的方法。 方法 采用HPLC对胃得宁片中芍药苷的含量进行测定。流动相：甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾-醋酸-异丙醇(50：200：3：4)；检测波长：234nm。 结果 芍药苷在1.018～9.183μg之间具有良好的线性关系，平均回收率为100.7%,RSD=2.76%(n=5)。结论 该方法灵敏、重现性好，适用于胃得宁片中芍药苷的含量测定。

    【Abstract】 Objective To develop a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Weidening tablet.Methods An HPLC method was developed,mobile phase:methanol-0.05mol/L dihydropotassium phosphate-acetic acid-isopropyl alcohol(50：200：3：4),wavelength at 234nm.Results Linearity was found in the range of 1.018～9.183μg,the average recovery was 100.7%,RSD=2.76%(n=5).Conclusion This method is reliable,recurrent well and suitable for the determination of paeoniflorin.
