     [摘要] 目的：观察静脉注射丙种球蛋白对流行性腮腺炎性睾丸炎的治疗效果。方法：将24例患儿随机分为两组，对照组11例，常规使用地塞米松治疗，治疗组除以上治疗外加用丙种球蛋白0.2～0.4 g/(kg·d)治疗，疗程5 d。结果：治疗组发热、睾丸肿痛恢复时间等指标均较对照组短，两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，肿大睾丸体积恢复时间两组间差异无统计学意义。结论：静脉丙种球蛋白治疗流行性腮腺炎性睾丸炎能有效地缓解急性期症状及可能防止睾丸萎缩，改善预后。

    To abserve the effect of intravenous immunoglobulin on mumps orchitis

    [Abstract] Objective:To evaluate the effect of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) on mumps orchitis. Methods: 24 patients were randomly divided into a control group (receiving a routine therapy) and a treatment group (receiving IVIG treatment besides a routine therapy) and the time of IVIG treatment was five days. Results: The recovery time of fever and testicular pain in treatment group were less than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the recovery time for the testicle back to the normal. Conclusions: Intravenous immunoglobulin on mumps orchitis can efficiently resolve acute symptoms, and is likely to prevent testicular atrophy. ......
