[摘要] 目的 探讨循证护理(EBN)在治疗酒精中毒性精神障碍的影响。方法 对64例酒精中毒性精神障碍患者进行随机分组，遵循循证护理的操作原则，采用护士用住院患者评定量表(NOSIE)进行评定分析。结果 实施后，两组社会能力、社会兴趣、个人卫生、退缩、抑郁、总积极因素、总消极因素、总估分差异有显著性或差异极显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)，即试验组优于对照组。结论 EBN对酒中毒精神障碍患者的多方面因素均有显著改善，说明了在良好的护患关系的基础上，通过积极的健康教育，能提高患者的治疗依从性，降低复饮率，改善患者的不良行为、生活方式、心理状态与社会适应能力。

    Influence of the evidence-based nursing with the mental disorder for the alcohol poisoning

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the effect of the evidence-based nursing(EBN) treated the mental disorder with the alcohol poisoning.Methods On the operating principle of EBN,64 cases were randomly divided into groups,evaluated and analyzed by Nurses Observation Scale for Inpatient(NOSIE).Results After implementing the EBN,there were significantly differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01)among the society ability and interesting,the health for the individuals,withdrawal,depression and the factors of the positive and negative,namely the trial group was superior to the controlled group. Conclusion There were a marked improvement on the patients with the mental disorder for alcohol poisoning.It was suggested that raise the compliance,decrease relapse rate,improve the worse behave,way of life,psychology and the social adaptability on the well-relation of the nurses-patients. ......
