[摘要] 目的 评价保守治疗和手术治疗无移位型股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法 回顾分析1996～2006年收治的69例无移位型股骨颈骨折病例，采用保守治疗和手术治疗两种治疗方法，以治疗后Harris评分方法比较两种治疗方法的优劣性。结果 手术治疗无移位型股骨颈骨折优良率为84.3%，保守治疗无移位型股骨颈骨折优良率为77.5%。两组相比，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 手术治疗效果优于保守治疗，对于无移位型股骨颈骨折，应积极采取手术内固定治疗，尽可能恢复髋关节功能。
