笑气吸入镇痛用于人工流产的临床观察与护理

     [摘要] 目的：观察笑气吸入性镇痛用于人工流产术的临床疗效。方法：选择300例采用笑气吸入性镇痛行人工流产术的早孕妇女为观察组，随机选取同期100例未采用任何镇痛措施行人工流产术的早孕妇女为对照组，分别观察两组的疼痛程度、宫颈松弛程度、人工流产综合征发生率、术中出血量及不良反应。结果：观察组镇痛效果及宫颈松弛程度显著优于对照组，人工流产综合征发生率明显低于对照组，两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。观察组与对照组的术中平均出血量差异无显著性(P>0.05)，观察组术中无明显不良反应发生。结论：笑气吸入性镇痛用于人工流产术镇痛效果好,镇痛作用起效快,患者不良反应少,操作简便安全,值得临床推广应用。

    Clinical Observation and Nursing of Inhaling Laughing Gas for Analgesia In Artificial Abortion

    Abstract：Objective To evaluate the curative effect of inhaling laughing gas for analgesia in artificial abortion.Methods 300 women in early pregnancy received artificial abortion inhaled laughing gas for analgesia (study group),100 women were not administered any analgesia(control group).The analgesia effect,state of cervical laxity,the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome、the bleeding volume were observed in the two groups respectively.Results The analgesia effect and the state of cervical laxity in the study group were remarkably higher than those in the control group.The incidence of artificial abortion syndrome in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference between two group was significant(P<0.01).But there was no significant difference in bleeding volume between the two group (P>0.05).Conclusion Inhaling laughing gas for analgesia in artificial abortion is an efficient,safe,easy and few side effects method. ......
