    Microtitration test of chlorphenamine maleate assay through nonaqueous titrations

    [Abstract] Objective:To study the feasibility of selfmade microtitration in determining the contents of chlorphenamine maleate. Methods: Perchloric acid and glacial acetic acid were volumetric solution. Crystal violet was indicator. Results: The contents determined with microtitration were 98.73% and that of regular titration was 98.71%. Mathematical statistics was adopted to compare the results of these two parallel tests, and there wasn't any difference between them. Conclusions: The accuracy and precision of the result accorded with the demand of titrating analysis. The selfmade microtitration was convenient and accurate, could be used to determining the contents of chlorphenamine maleate. ......
