[摘要] 目的:研究利用自制微型滴定装置测定马来酸氯苯那敏含量的可行性。方法:通过微型滴定和常规滴定对比,高氯酸冰醋酸(0.1 mol/L)为滴定液,结晶紫为指示剂,用非水滴定法测定马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。结果:微型滴定和常规滴定分别测得马来酸氯苯那敏的含量为98.73%和98.71%,平行测定结果差异无统计学意义(F[关键词] 马来酸氯苯那敏;非水滴定;微型滴定
Microtitration test of chlorphenamine maleate assay through nonaqueous titrations

[Abstract] Objective:To study the feasibility of selfmade microtitration in determining the contents of chlorphenamine maleate. Methods: Perchloric acid and glacial acetic acid were volumetric solution. Crystal violet was indicator. Results: The contents determined with microtitration were 98.73% and that of regular titration was 98.71%. Mathematical statistics was adopted to compare the results of these two parallel tests, and there wasn't any difference between them. Conclusions: The accuracy and precision of the result accorded with the demand of titrating analysis. The selfmade microtitration was convenient and accurate, could be used to determining the contents of chlorphenamine maleate. ......
