[摘要] 目的 探讨胃间质瘤的临床特点及外科治疗。方法 对1996～2006年收治的27例胃间质瘤病人的临床表现、手术处理及病理结果进行回顾性分析。结果 27例均行手术治疗，病理诊断良性6例(22.2%)，潜在恶性4例(14.8%)，恶性17例(63.0%)。胃间质瘤成人多见，50岁以上占85.2%(23/27)，临床以消化道出血、贫血疼痛多见，全组无围手术期死亡，术后无主要并发症，均痊愈出院。结论 胃间质瘤缺乏特征性的临床表现，术前确诊率较低，其确诊依赖于病理结果。手术切除是治疗的主要方法，必要时需联合脏器切除，以保证肿瘤切除的彻底性，对防止术后复发有重要意义。
