清胃散中盐酸巴马汀等成分的含量测定 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 比较在清胃散合煎液和分煎液中盐酸巴马汀和盐酸药根碱及芍药苷的含量。方法 采用HPLC测定在清胃散合煎液和分煎液中盐酸巴马汀和盐酸药根碱及芍药苷的含量和对常用菌种进行常规琼脂扩散管碟法定性测定。结果与结论 分煎液中盐酸巴马汀和盐酸药根碱含量均为合煎液中相应成分含量的2.73倍，而分煎液芍药苷含量为合煎液中相应成分含量的1.17倍。

    【Abstract】 Objective To compare the content of palmatine hydrochloride, jatrorrhizine hydrochloride and paeoniflorin inthe mixed decoction and the separateddecoction and the antibacterialexperimentsof Qingwei San.Methods The three components was determined by HPLC and the qualitative test by the general agar of diffused cup-plate method and the quantitative assay by the test-tube method in the antibacterialexperiments Results The average content of the palmatine hydrochlorideand the jatrorrhizine hydrochloridewhich was the more 2.73times inthe separateddecoctionthan in the mixed decoction, and the paeoniflorinwas only 1.17 times in the separateddecoctionthan in the mixed decoction.Conclusion The resuls of this experiment for Qingwei San which is provided reference to clinic use. ......
