在医院临床用药及控制药费中的药物经济学作用 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 介绍药物经济学在医院临床实践中发挥的作用。方法 参阅国内外的诸多文献资料，结合自身在临床用药和临床药学中的实际工作经验，对药物经济学的研究方法及在临床工作中的地位、作用进行综合和诠释。结果 药物经济学已经渗透到临床工作的方方面面，在医院的日常医疗服务过程中，尤其是规范医生的用药行为，解决目前普遍存在的药品费用过高的问题上发挥着十分重要的作用。结论 在规范临床用药和控制药费增长过速的过程中引入药物经济学的概念具有极其重要的意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective Introducing the effects of pharmacoeconomics(PE)on hospital clinical practice.Methods Referencing to many literature and data, combining with our experience in clinical practice, we summarize the research methods of PE, and its status and effects in clinical fulfilment.Results PE has infiltrated to everywhere of the clinical work. It has a very important role during the daily hospital medical work, especially in standardizing doctor’s drug usage and resolving the over expensive medical costs at present.Conclusion Introducing the concept of PE has grest significance in the course of standardizing clinical drug usage and controling the rapid rising medical cost. ......
