[摘要] 目的：探讨子宫平滑肌肉瘤的诊断原则。方法：采用光镜观察对4例子宫平滑肌肉瘤进行病理组织学分析。结果：子宫平滑肌肉瘤的诊断标准为：弥漫性中到重度核的非典型性；核分裂像多(≥10/10 HPF)；凝固性肿瘤细胞坏死。结论：诊断子宫平滑肌肉瘤要与子宫平滑肌瘤的变性及恶性潜能未定的子宫平滑肌肿瘤鉴别。
