支原体感染实验室药敏结果分析 (pdf)【摘要】 目的 对支原体感染的药敏结果加以分析,为临床治疗支原体感染的抗生素选择提供参考依据。 方法 采用支原体培养、药敏一体化试剂盒,对718例泌尿生殖道支原体感染患者的9种抗生素的体外药敏试验结果进行统计分析。 结果 共检出599株解脲支原体(Uu),占总数的83.43%;8株人型支原体(Mh),占总数的1.11%;111株两种支原体混合感染,占总数的15.46%;对Uu敏感率最高的抗生素为美满霉素,其次为强力霉素;混合感染也呈同样趋势。 结论 美满霉素可作为治疗泌尿生殖道支原体感染的首选抗生素,强力霉素可作为次选抗生素。

Analysis of drug susceptibility in Mycoplasma infection

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the drug susceptibility in infection by mycoplasma to provide basis for proper selection of antibiotics for its treatment. Methods Mycoplasma culture and drug susceptibility test were carried out using one complex mycoplasma kit.The drug susceptibility of mycoplasma to 9 antibiotics was determined in samples from 718 cases of urogenital tract infection. Results Uu infection was found in 599 cases,Mh infection in 8 cases and mixed infection in 111 cases.Mycoplasma had the highest susceptibility to minocycline and clarithromycin.The drug resistance rate shows the same trend to mixed infection of Uu and Mh. Conclusion Minocycline is of the first choice for treatment of infection by Mycoplasma. ......
