[摘要] 目的 了解临床护士锐器伤的发生情况，并探讨相应的防护对策。方法 对我市二级(含二乙)以上医院的部分临床护士发放自行设计的医疗锐器伤问卷调查表，进行回顾性调查后行统计分析。结果 163名护士都发生过不同程度的医疗锐器伤，发生率为100%，其中1年内发生针刺伤412次，年刺伤率人均发生2.5次；安瓿损伤172次，人均发生1.1次；其他锐器伤53次，人均发生0.3次。 结论 临床护士的自身防护问题应引起重视，尤其要加强对护士的安全教育，规范其操作行为，减少锐器伤，避免职业感染等危害。

    Analysis of clinical investigation on nurse’s injury by sharp medical appliance and protective method

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate nurse’s injury by sharp medical appliance in clinics,and approach the correlative protective method.Methods Doing self-predetermined questionnaires about nurse’s injury by sharp medical appliance among 163 nurses from the secondary best hospital in the city,then doing retrospective review and statistical analysis on the questionnaires above.Results Seriously or not,163 nurses were injured by sharp medical appliance,and the incident rate was 100%.Among the total,there were 412 times injury from pricking by injectors in one year,the pricking-injuried rate was 2.5 times per capita annually,and 172 tines injury from ampere bottles,1.1 times per capita; 53 times injury from other sharp instruments,0.3 time per capita.Conclusion It was advisable for nurses in clinics to pay special attention to self-protection by strengthening safety education and regulating their operating behaviors so as to diminish the injury and to obviate occupational infections. ......
