[摘要] 目的:研究穿琥宁注射液与11种药物配伍的稳定性。方法:考察穿琥宁与11种药物在(20±3)℃和(38±1)℃两种温度条件下6 h内配伍液的外观、pH值、微粒数和紫外吸收度。结果:在上述条件下,穿琥宁注射液与维生素B6、盐酸克林霉素、维生素C配伍后外观、性状、紫外吸收度发生变化,与琥珀酸氢化可的松、地塞米松、利巴韦林、甲硝唑、青霉素钠、头孢哌酮钠、头孢呋辛钠、头孢噻肟钠配伍后外观、微粒、pH值及紫外吸收度无显著变化。结论:穿琥宁注射液不宜与维生素B6、维生素C、盐酸克林霉素配伍,可与其他8种药物配伍使用。[关键词] 穿琥宁;配伍变化;稳定性
An observation on the stability of compatibility of kalii dehydrographolidi succinas injection with other eleven drugs in transfusion

[Abstract] Objective:To investigated the stability of compatibility of kalii dehydrographolidi succinas injection with other 11 drugs. Methods: Under (20±3) ℃ and (38±1) ℃, the solutions of kalii dehydrographolidi succinas injection mixed with other eleven drugs were observed within 6 hrs, in their aspect, pH value, particulate counter for injection, UV absorbency and displace of peak. Results: The aspect, pH value, particulate counter and UV absorbency of the compound medicines of kalii dehydrographolidi succinas injection matched with vitamin B6, vitamin C and clindamycin hydrochloride had change, but while matched with hydrocortisone sodium succinate, dexamethasone, ribavirin, medronidazole, penicillin sodium, cefoperazone sodium, cefuroxime sodium, cefotaxime sodium there were no significant change. Conclusions: Kalii dehydrographolidi succinas injection could not be combined with vitamin B6, vitamin C and clindamycin hydrochloride, but could be combined with other eight drugs. ......
