康妇特栓及复方苯甲酸雌二醇治疗老年性阴道炎的临床分析 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 比较两种药物治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法 观察120例患者分别给予复方苯甲酸雌二醇及康妇特栓(复方莪术油栓)，症状、体征及实验室检查等方面的变化。结果 两组用药后阴道炎症明显改变，阴道炎评分均明显下降(P<0.01)。结论 两种药物治疗绝经后老年性阴道炎疗效相似，均能够有效缓解症状。

    【Abstract】 Objective Two medicines for the treatment of aged vaginitis were compared.Methods One group was administerd with kangfute,the other was estriol.Symptoms,signs,examination of laboratory and curative effect were compared.Results Two groups were effective (P<0.01) in treatment of aged vaginitis.Conclusion Two medicines were at the same effect.
