HBV前S1抗原的临床价值探讨 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)前S1(PreS1)抗原临床应用价值。方法 采用ELISA法检测HBV“五项”血清标志物和PreS1抗原。结果 12例乙肝“大三阳”中PreS1抗原阳性率75%，55例乙肝“小三阳”PreS1抗原阳性率25.5%； 84例HBsAg阳性血清中， PreS1抗原阳性率为38.1%；13例HBsAg、HBeAg阳性标本中PreS1抗原阳性率为76.9%；15例HBsAg、HBeAb 阳性标本中PreS1抗原阳性率100%；9例HBsAg、HBcAb 阳性标本中PreS1抗原阳性率100%；443例HBsAb阳性和49例HBV“五项”血清标志物全阴样本中未检出PreS1抗原阳性。结论 PreS1抗原是HBV感染和复制的标志，比HBeAg反映HBV复制更敏感，是HBV存在和复制较为直接的标志，对临床上判断HBV复制和疾病的预后有重要的参考价值。
