【摘要】 目的 建立用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定九头草搽剂中血竭素含量测定方法。方法 采用Discovery C18柱，以乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠(pH=3.05～3.10)(40：:60)为流动相，检测波长448nm，柱温40℃。结果 血竭素在0.029～0.29μg范围与色谱峰面积呈线性关系；回归方程：A＝2305.1C+2.9698 r＝0.9997；平均加样回收率及RSD分别为 98.8%和2.9%。结论 该方法简便、正确、快速、测定结果重复性好，可用于该药品中血竭的定量分析。

    【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method for determining the content of Dracohodin in Jiutoucao Chaji by RP-HPLC. Methods Using Discovery C18 column, acetonitrile-0.05mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosohate solution (pH=3.05～3.10)(40：:60) as the mobile phase,detection wavelength as 448nm and column temperture at 40℃.Results The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0.029～0.29μg for the Dracohodin and linear equation was A＝2305.1C+2.9698 r＝0.9997. The average recovery was 98.8% and the related standard deviation(RSD) was 2.9%.Conclusion This method was simple,accurate and quick,which can be adoptable for quantitative analysis of Sanguis draconis in Jiutoucao Chaji ,and the reduplicate of the result was good. ......
