[摘 要] 目的：探讨髂股深静脉血栓形成(DVT)，在顺行造影的同时，加压推注尿激酶的应用。方法：56例DVT，男38例，女18例，右下肢20例，左下肢36例，病程6 h~5 d。从患肢远端浅静脉入路，小腿中下1/3捆扎止血带，使对比剂经深静脉通过，进行下肢深静脉顺行造影的同时，加压间断推注尿激酶，进行溶栓治疗，尿激酶使用20万U~80万U。结果：56例患者均获得了良好的临床疗效，无一例无效，无一例发生症状性肺栓塞，所有患者症状消失或明显减退。结论：经下肢浅静脉加压推注尿激酶进行溶栓治疗髂股DVT，疗效确切，溶解率高，方法简便，安全可靠。[关键词] 深静脉；血栓形成；尿激酶；加压；推注

Abstract：Objective To explore deep vein thrombosis and the application of pressures pushes the Urokinase,whichs is suitable direct radiography.Methods 56 examples patients of DVT,male 38 examples,female 18 examples,right lower limb 20 examples,left limb 36 examples,the course of DVT is 6 hours5 days.We push the contrast medicinal form the trouble extremity farend shallow vein,and tie up the tourniquet in the calf next 1/3,enable the contrast medicinal preparation to pass after the deep vein,carries on the lower limb deep vein along good radiography at the same time,pressurize interrupted pushes the Urokinase,carries on dissolves the hitch treatment,the Urokinase uses 20 ten thousand U～80 ten thousand U.Results 56 examples patients have obtained the good clinical curative effect,does not have 1 example to be invalid,does not have 1 example to have the symptom pulmonary embolism,all patients symptom vanishes or obviously drops.Conclusions Pressurizes after the lower limb shallow vein pushes the Urokinase,to carry on dissolves the treatment DVT,the curative effect is accurate,dissolution rate is high,the method is simple,safe is reliable. ......
