性病患者心理健康状况与T细胞亚群关系的研究

     【摘要】目的探讨性传播疾病患者的心理状况及其与细胞免疫功能的关系。方法患者60例，健康对照组30例，应用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)和症状自测量表(SCL90)分别测定受试者的心理状况并加以比较；根据EPQ结果，再将病人组分为高神经质维度(高N)组和低神经质维度(低N)组各30例，比较其心理状况的差异。同时应用流式细胞仪测定每人外周血T细胞亚群，分别比较患者和对照组、高N组和低N组的差异。结果患者组与对照组比较，前者的心理健康状况明显差于后者(P<001)；其中CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+显著低于后者(P<001)；高N组的心理健康状况显著差于低N组(P<001)，其CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+亦明显低于低N组(P<001，P<005)。结论性病病人多存在明显的心理问题，其心理健康状况与机体免疫力存在平行关系。

    A study on relation between psychological situation and T lymphocytes in patients with STD

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between psychological situation and the cellular immunity in patients with STD.Methods EPQ and SCL90 were used to detect and compare the psychological situation in 60 patients and 30 controlsOn the basis of EPQ results,the patients were divided into two groups——higher neuroticism group and lower neuroticism groupCD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 were examined and compared.Results The patients have a worse psychological situation and lower level of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+than those of the controls(P<001)In high N group,patients have a worse psychological situation and lower level of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+ than lower N groupConclusion The patients with STD have psychological problems.There is positive correlation between psychological situation and cellular immunity. ......
