383例阴道念珠菌感染菌群鉴定及药敏分析

【摘要】 目的 分析念珠菌性阴道炎的临床分离菌特点及抗念珠菌药物的耐药情况。方法 按NCCLS推荐的M27A方案(肉汤微量稀释法)检测氟康唑等6种抗真菌药对6种共52株深部致病念珠菌临床分离株在体外的抗真菌活性。结果 383例标本中以白色念珠菌居多( 9609% ),其次为光滑念珠菌( 261% ),较少的有热带念珠菌( 104% )与克柔念珠菌( 026% )。药物敏感试验显示:制霉菌素、两性霉素B的敏感性均在90 %以上,耐药率以伊曲康唑为最高( 358% ),其次为氟康唑( 175% )。结论 念珠菌性阴道炎的临床分离菌除了白色念珠菌外,尚有光滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌及克柔念珠菌等菌种,制霉菌素与两性霉素B对念珠菌的敏感性较好,而伊曲康唑与氟康唑的耐药率比较高,应引起临床医师的重视。【关键词】 念珠菌性阴道炎; 菌种鉴定; 药物敏感试验
Microbial population identification and comparison of the activities of antifungal agents in vitro

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinic separable characteristics and compare the activities of fluconazole with other 5 antifungal agents in 383 cases of Candida viginitis. Methods Microbial population was determined by the method guided to the standard M27A recommended by the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards. Results Ranked from the highest to to the lowest as C.albicans (9609%), C.glabrata (261%), C.troptical (104%), C.krusei(026%). Candistatin and amphotericin B were most effective against all the tested clinical Candida isolates (>90%). The rates of drug fast were itraconazole (35.8%), fluconazole (175%). Conclusion C.albicans, C.glabrata, C.troptical, and C.krusei were identified in all the 383 cases of Candida viginitis. Candistatin and amphotericin B was the most effective antifungal agents against all the tested clinical Candida isolates. The drug resistance of itraconazole and fluconazole should be reconstructed by clinicians. ......
