天竺醒脑胶囊治疗老年性痴呆临床观察与疗效评价

     【摘要】目的观察中药天竺醒脑胶囊治疗老年性痴呆临床疗效。方法设天竺醒脑胶囊治疗组与常规西药对照组。给药前后记录患者的一般情况变化,并采用许氏记忆量表检测记忆商(MQ)。结果治疗组显效11例，有效14例，无效5例，总有效率为833%；对照组显效2例，有效6例，无效22例，总有效率为267%，组间比较差异有显著性意义(P<001)。结论天竺醒脑胶囊治疗老年性痴呆疗效满意,同时也证实和证明舒肝理气、健脾补肾、化痰通络、开窍醒脑是中医治疗老年性痴呆的重要方法和有效途径。
