依达拉奉治疗老年急性脑干梗死的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察依达拉奉治疗老年急性脑干梗死的临床疗效及安全性。 方法 选择发病48 h以内入院的老年脑干梗死患者65例，随机分为依达拉奉组(35例)及常规治疗组(30例)。常规治疗组给予血塞通、阿司匹林，依达拉奉组在常规治疗基础上给予依达拉奉30 mg静脉滴注，2次/d，共10～14 d。2组在治疗前后进行欧洲卒中评分(ESS)、日常生活能力(ADL)评分，判断其疗效并观察其不良反应。 结果 治疗后依达拉奉组ESS、ADL评分明显高于常规治疗组(P<005)，依达拉奉组临床有效率及显效率均显著高于常规治疗组(P<005)。依达拉奉组无明显不良反应。 结论 依达拉奉治疗老年急性脑干梗死安全有效。【主题词】 依达拉奉； 脑干梗塞； 老年人

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of edaravone on elderly patients with acute brain stem infarction. Methods Sixtyfive elderly patients with brain stem infarction,enrolled within 48 h of onset,were allocated to edaravone group(n=35) or control group(n=30) randomly. Edaravone was infused at a dose of 30 mg,twice a day,for 10-14 days,Meanwhile,Xuesetong and aspirin were taken as basic treatment.The therapies of control group were similar to those of edaravone group except for edaravone.The European Stroke Scale(ESS) and activities of daily living(ADL) were evaluated before and during trentment respectively. Resukts After treatment, There were significant differences between edaravone group and control group in ESS and ADL(P<005) . There was also significant differences between the two groups in the efficiency(P<005) .There were no distinct adverse reactions in edaravone group. Conckusions Edaravone is effective and safe in the treatment of elderly patients with acute brain stem infarction. ......
