118例老年妇女子宫脱垂手术分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨老年病人接受子宫脱垂手术的安全性。 方法 回顾分析118例老年子宫脱垂手术的资料，并以同期 40例非老年病人子宫脱垂手术为对照。 结果 老年组内外科合并症明显高于对照组，且合并症多。老年组手术以区域性麻醉为主，手术方式趋于简单；尽管老年组术后ICU入住机会增多，但2组平均住院日、术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。 结论 有良好的术前评估、术中监护和术后护理，≥60岁老年子宫脱垂病人也能平安度过手术期。【主题词】 子宫脱垂； 外科手术； 老年人

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the safety of uterus prolapse operation in elderly women. Methods 118 cases of uterus prolapse operation in elderly women were analyzed and compared with 40 cases aged under 60. Resukts The elderly women were more easily involved by medical diseases.The operating and anaesthesia pattern for the elderly tended to be simple.The average hospitalized days and the complications after operation in the elderly had no difference from those of control group. Conckusions With proper preoperative evaluation, good monitoring during operation and high quality of postoperative care, the elderly women with uterus prolapse can be safely operatedon. ......
