[摘 要] 目的：通过应用经直肠超声诊断精囊腺病变而评估其临床价值。方法：对60例共110个精囊腺病变进行经直肠超声探查并获得其声像图。结果：经穿刺、手术和(或)CT扫查证实的病变包括急性、慢性炎症、囊肿、结核、结石和转移癌。结论：经直肠超声探查精囊腺是一种简便、安全、准确的重要检查手段。[关键词] 经直肠超声；精囊腺；疾病
The Diagnosis of Seminal Vesiclel Diseases with Transcectal Ultrasound

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical value of transcectal ultrasound in seminal vesiclel diseases.Methods Transcectal ultrasound were studied in 110 seminal vesiclels of 60 cases and ultrasonographys were obtained.Results Seminal vesiclel diseases including acute,chronic seminal vesiculitis,cyst,tuberculosis,calculi and tumormetastases were corrected by puncture,operation,and/or CT scanning.Conclusion Detection of seminal vesiclel with transcectal ultrasound was a simple,safe,acurate method and has an important clinic significance.
