【摘要】 目的 在≥75岁有颈动脉粥样硬化的老年高血压患者中，探讨糖尿病(DM)对左心结构和功能的影响。 方法 根据有无DM将67例有颈动脉粥样硬化的老年高血压患者分为2组，采用多普勒超声检测左心房、左心室结构以及左心室功能指标。 结果 DM组与非DM组比较：左心房、左心室内径明显增加(P<005)，舒张功能显著降低(P<005)，但左心室壁厚度及收缩功能差异均不明显(P>005)。 结论 DM可加重伴有颈动脉粥样硬化的老年高血压患者左心结构改变和舒张功能恶化。【主题词】 颈动脉疾病； 高血压； 糖尿病； 超声检查，多普勒，彩色； 老年人

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of diabetes mellitus on the structures and functions of left heart in senile hypertensive patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis aged over 75 years. Methods Sixtyseven cases were divided into two groups according to whether they presented with DM. A color Doppler ultrasound system was used to investigate the related parameters of the structures and functions of left heart. Resukts The internal diameters of left atrium and left ventricle found in the patients with DM were remarkably larger than that in the patients without DM. The diastolic capability of left ventricle remarkably declined in the patients with DM. There was no difference between two groups in aspect to systolic capability, thickness of interventricular septum and left ventricular posterior wall. Conckusions DM enhances the damage to the structures and functions of left heart in senile hypertensive patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis aged over 75 years. ......
