[摘 要] 目的:探讨输精管及其静脉结扎对前列腺增生(BPH)治疗的远期和近期效果。方法：随机选取符合前列腺增生的患者34例行输精管及其静脉结扎。观察术后6个月、24个月测量各组的IPSS评分，B超法残余尿量及前列腺体积，最大尿流率的变化。用统计学进行对比分析，了解其对BPH的影响。结果：6个月IPSS、MFR、V、R与结扎前无显著性变化(P>0.05)，24个月后IPSS、MFR、V、R与结扎前均有显著性改变。结论：输精管及其静脉结扎在短期内对BPH无明显改善，但在中长期治疗中对BPH的症状有明显改善，对BPH治疗具有相关性。[关键词] 输精管;静脉结扎；良性前列腺增生
