【摘 要】 目的 探讨综合治疗糖尿病足的疗效。 方法 对31例糖尿病足采用中西医、内外科相结合的综合治疗，总结其疗效，并对不同级别糖尿病足疗效进行分析。 结果 31例糖尿病足经综合治疗后治愈率35.5%，总有效率83.9%，级别越低，治愈率、总有效率越高。 结论 综合治疗疗效显著，对糖尿病足应做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗。
