[摘 要] 目的：应用超声引导下监视宫腔操作，评价其清宫术的应用价值。方法：对162例常规人工流产不全或漏吸的高危、困难的宫腔手术采用超声引导全程监视宫腔内操作。结果：全部一次清除干净，宫腔内显示细条状无回声或细线状回声为标准，均取得满意效果，未发现子宫穿孔或其他并发症。结论：超声引导下实施宫腔操作使原来复杂、盲目、困难的宫腔手术变得简单、安全、可靠，全部一次清除干净，均取得满意效果。[关键词] 人工流产；清宫术；超声引导
Applicable Value of Interventional Ultrasound in Uterine Cavitory Operation

Abstract:Objective To detemine the clinical value of uterine cavitory operation with ultrasound monitoring.Methods A total of 162 cases with high risk and difficult uterine cavitory were completely and successfully operated under the guidance of ultrasound monitoring.Results The successful rate 100% without uteral injury and complications.Conclusion The complex,blind and difficult uterine cavitory operations became simple,safe and effective the guidance of ultrasound.
