【摘要】 目的 对有限接触动力加压钢板和交锁髓内钉以及记忆合金抱骨器三种手术方法治疗肱骨干骨折的临床疗效进行比较分析。方法 对2001年起入院的新鲜肱骨干骨折43例病例，分别采用有限接触动力加压钢板、交锁髓内钉和记忆合金抱骨器进行内固定治疗，术后定期拍片并随访患肢功能恢复情况。结果 有限接触动力加压钢板组及记忆合金抱骨器组出现了桡神经损伤并发症，有限接触动力加压钢板组还出现了骨不连并发症，交锁髓内钉顺行进钉组出现了肩关节功能障碍并发症。结论 三种手术方法均为治疗肱骨干骨折的有效方法，具体选择哪一种手术方法，须根据患者的骨折部位、类型来选择，术中要操作精确，减少组织损伤，这样才能减少术后并发症。

    【Abstract】 Objective To compare and analyze the therapeutic effect of limited contact-dynamic compression plate,interlocking intramedullary nail and embracing bone fixator of memory alloy on humeral shaft fracture.Methods From 2001,43 patients with humeral shaft fracture separately treated with the limited contact-dynamic compression plate,interlocking intramedullary nail and shape memory embracing fixator.Their outcomes were evaluated according to functional and radiograph.Results The groups of limited contact-dynamic compression plate and shape memory embracing fixator appeared radial nerve injury,and limited contact-dynamic compression plate appeared bone nonunion,and the groups of interlocking intramedullary nail appeared the dystunction of shoulder joint.Conclusions Three kinds of surgical method are all effective therapy on humeral shaft fracture.We should choose different method according to the site and classification of fracture. ......
