【摘要】 目的 观察前列腺素脂微球制剂(Lipo PGE1)对糖尿病肾病肾小管功能影响，探讨前列腺素脂微球制剂防治糖尿病肾病机制。方法 44例无高血压、持续有微量白蛋白尿的1型糖尿病患者被随机分为前列腺素脂微球制剂治疗组和常规治疗组。结果 前列腺素脂微球制剂治疗3周后患者尿转铁蛋白(THP)增加了48.1%、尿β2 微球蛋白(β2-MG)减少了36.3%，而常规治疗组无明显变化。结论 前列腺素脂微球制剂对糖尿病肾病的肾小管有明显保护作用。

    Effect of Tubular Function in Diabetic Nephropathy Patients with Type1 Diabetes Mellitus

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the change of tubular function in diabetic nephropathy patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus with i.v.Lipo PGE1.Methods 44 cases were divided into control group (23 cases) and Lipo PGE1 group (21 cases),urineβ2 -MG and urine THP were measured in each group.Results Urine THP was higher and urineβ2 -MG was lower in Lipo PGE1 group than those in the control group.Conclusions Lipo PGE1 can protect tubular function.
