西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗老年抑郁症的对照研究

     [摘要] 目的评价西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法将60例符合CCMD3诊断标准的老年抑郁症病人随机分为两组，分别给予西酞普兰和阿米替林治疗6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评价临床疗效，用副作用量表评定副作用。结果西酞普兰组有效率为93.33%，阿米替林组有效率为96.67%。两组间疗效比较差异无显著性(χ2=0.35,P>0.05)。西酞普兰组常见的副作用有恶心、口干、头痛等，但发生率较低。结论西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症安全有效，副作用轻微。

    A CONTROLLED STUDY OF CITALOPRAM AND AMITRIPTYLINE FOR THE TREATMENT OF DEPRESSED PATIENTS IN ELDERSHI SHAOBO, GUAN JIE， JU PEIJUAN(Qingdao Mental Health Center, Qingdao 266034, China)

    [ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects of citalopram in the treatment of senior depression. MethodsSixty patients who met the CCMD3 criteria were divided into two groups in random, and treated with citalopram or amitriptyline for six weeks. The efficacy was assessed by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, and the side effects by Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale. ResultsThe effective rates of citalopram and amitriptyline were 93.33% and 96.67%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2=0.35,P>0.05). The main side effects commonly seen in citalopram were nausea, dry mouth, and headache. But it had fewer side effects than amitriptyline. ConclusionCitalopram is safe and effective with fewer side effects for elder depressed patients. ......
