通心络治疗急性脑卒中致脑心综合征95例分析

【摘 要】 目的 探讨通心络胶囊治疗急性脑卒中致脑心综合征的临床疗效。方法 脑心综合征患者192例随机分为治疗组95例，对照组97例。对照组给予常规西药治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上，加服通心络胶囊3粒，每日3次，观察其临床疗效。结果 本组脑心综合征发病率为46.6%(192/412)。治疗组总有效率93.7%(89/95)，对照组为75.3%(73/97)，2组比较差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗后心电图情况比较差异有显著意义，心律失常、STT改变、心肌酶改变均有显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 通心络胶囊治疗急性脑卒中致脑心综合征疗效肯定。【关键词】 通心络胶囊；脑心综合征；脑卒中，急性

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule on cerebrocardiac syndrome after stroke.Methods 192 patients with cerebrocardiac syndrome were randomly divid into treatment group (n=95) and control group (n=97).The patients in control roup were treated with routine western medicine,while the patients in treatment group,on the basis of routine therapy,were treated with Tongxinluo capsule,3 capsules once,3 time a day,and the clinical efficacy were observed.Results The morbidity of cerebrocardiac syndrome in this group was 46.6% (192/412).The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 93.7% (89/95) and 75.3% (73/97) respectively,there was a significant differance between two groups (P<0.01).After treatment,ariythmia,changes in STT and myocardium enzyme weve greatly improved in both groups,theve were significatn differences between two groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule is effective in treating corebrocardiac syndrome after stroke. ......
