舒利迭吸入治疗儿童哮喘的效果

     [摘要] 目的观察吸入舒利迭对儿童哮喘的治疗效果。方法对60例中、重度哮喘病儿给予舒利迭吸入治疗，分别于治疗前及治疗后1、3、6个月测量呼气峰流速(PEF)值。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后1、3、6个月PEF值明显增高,差异有显著性(t=2.24~6.51,P<0.05、0.01)。结论舒利迭吸入对中、重度哮喘病儿具有良好的治疗作用。

    THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF SERETIDE INHALATION ON CHILDREN WITH ASTHMALIU XIANGRONG, SUN GUANGRONG (Department of Internal Medicine, Qingdao Medical Center For Women and Children, Qingdao 266011, China)

    [ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of Seretide inhalation in the treatment of children with asthma. Methods Children with moderate or severe asthma (n=60) were treated with Seretide inhalation. The percentage of peak flow was measureed before and 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment.ResultsThe percentage of peak flow measured 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment were significantly higher than that measured before treatment (t=2.24-6.51;P<0.05,0.01).ConclusionSeretide inhalation can bring a satisfactory therapeutic result to children with moderate or severe asthma.[KEY WORDS]Seretide； child; asthma; administration, inhalation
