【摘要】 目的 探讨电针治疗中风偏瘫的效果。方法 将70例中风患者随机分为2组，治疗组与对照组均选用相同穴位，每日一次，治疗组加穴位通电进行治疗。以简式的FuglMeyer运动量表和Barthel指数为指标进行评定。结果 治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<005)。结论 电针治疗中风偏瘫更有利于中风患者的运动功能和日常生活能力的恢复。【关键词】 中风偏瘫；电针；针刺治疗；康复
