【摘要】 目的 探讨急性特重型颅脑伤的救治方法。方法 对1426例急性特重型颅脑伤的诊断和治疗情况进行分析。结果 本组恢复良好245例(1718%)，中残142例(995%)，重残213例(1493%)，植物生存28例(196%)，死亡798例(5596%)。结论 尽早明确诊断，及时处理，加强监测，重视合并症的防治，是降低死亡率和伤残率的关键。【关键词】 急性特重型；颅脑损伤；诊断治疗
