摘要：目前，在我国中药产业呈持续发展趋势的同时，也存在着中药材质量不稳定、品种混乱、无严格的质量标准体系等诸多问题，所以应用现代生物技术完善其不足，势在必行。自20世纪80年代PCR技术问世至今，现代生物技术领域进入了一个新时代，并且在中药现代化研究中展示出良好的应用前景。例如，用分子标记技术进行中药材的甄别和品种选育；利用遗传转化、组织和细胞培养手段进行药用植物的保护等。该文对现代生物技术在中药现代化的应用进行了全面、深入的论述。关键词：生物技术； 中药； 现代化
The Application of Modern Biotechnologies in the Modernization of Chinese Traditional Medicine

Abstract： Nowadays, the traditional Chinese medical industry of our country shows a tendency of developing continuously, but there are also a lot of problems，such as the unstable quality of Chinese medicinal materials, the disordered variety , absence of the strict quality standard system and so on. So it's essential to make use of the modern biotechnologies to improve its deficiency. Since PCR technology came out in the eighties of the last century, the modern biotechnologies have entered new period and shown a well application prospect in the modernized research of traditional Chinese medicine. For example, use the molecular marker technology on discriminating Chinese medicinal materials and selective breeding, utilize genetic transformation, tissue and cell cultivation technologes to protect the medical plants, etc. This text gives a comprehensive and in-depth review on the application of modern biotechnologies in traditional Chinese medicine. ......
