     摘要：目的研究两面针总碱(TAZ)对胃溃疡大鼠部分黏膜防御因子的影响，以探索其抗溃疡机制。方法幽门结扎法建立SD大鼠胃溃疡模型，检测胃溃疡指数、胃黏膜组织和血清一氧化氮(NO)含量、血浆前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量。结果连续7 d灌胃分别给予500 mg/kg和750 mg/(kg·d)-1 两面针总碱能明显抑制胃溃疡指数的升高 (P<0.01)，能明显抑制胃黏膜组织和血清NO含量的降低(P<0.01)，两面针高剂量组明显抑制血浆PGE含量的降低 (P<0.05)。结论两面针总碱有抗胃溃疡作用，这种作用可能与提高胃黏膜组织和血清NO，血浆PGE2的含量有关。
