[摘要] 目的 对急诊护理持续质量改进的措施进行探讨。方法 应用持续改进的观点不断将护理实际与护理质量标准对比，找出存在的差距和问题，分析问题产生的原因，采取整改措施，并评价效果。结果 实施持续质量改进管理模式后，护理人员素质提高，患者满意度由80%上升至97%以上，急救物品完好率100%，一次性物品“五个一”执行率100%，护理文书合格率95%以上，分诊准确率95%以上，健康教育覆盖率95%以上，无护理事故和投诉。结论 持续质量改进有利于促进急诊护理质量的提高。

    Study on continuous quality improvement of emergency nursing

    [Abstract] Objective To probe into the continuous quality improvement of emergency nursing.Methods With the theory of continuous improvement of emergency nursing,compare the nursing practice with the standard quality of nursing,find out the gap and the problems,analyse and find out the reasons,take measures to solve the problems and adjust the gap.Results After putting the mode in practice,the quality of emergence nursing was significantly higher than before.The nurse staff improved,the rate of the satisfied patients was up from 80% to above 97%,the loss rate of emergency articles was 0,the implement rate of disposable article “five one rule” was 100%,the rate of nursing documents up to grade was above 95%,the coverage of health education was above 95%,no nursing accidents and complain happened.Conclusion Continuous quality improvement is of benefit to advancing quality of emergency nursing. ......
