     摘要：目的建立愈伤灵胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1和Rb1的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法，色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)；流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱；蒸发光散射(ELSD)参数：漂移管温度为110 ℃，气体流量为3.02~3.05 SLPM。结果人参皂苷Rg1在2.272~11.360 μg范围内线性关系良好，r = 0.999 1；人参皂苷Rb1在2.232~11.160 μg范围内线性关系良好，r = 0.999 4；两者的平均回收率分别为96.6 %，98.6 %；RSD分别为1.7 %，2.3%。结论该法简便、准确、可靠，可用于愈伤灵胶囊的质量控制。

    Determination of Ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 in Yushangling Capsule by HPLC-ELSD

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish an HPLC-ELSD method for determination of ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 in Yushangling capsule. MethodsThe separation was performed in a Hypersil ODS2 column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water in gradient elution, ELSD nebulization at 110 ℃ and flow rate of nitrogen at 3.02~3.05 SLPM. ResultsThe linear range of ginsenoside Rg1 was 2.272~11.360 μg, r = 0.999 1. The linear range of ginsenoside Rb1 was 2.232~11.160 μg, r = 0.999 4. The average recoveries of ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 were 96.6 %, 98.6 % respectively, and RSD were 1.7 %, 2.3%. ConclusionThis method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used for quality control of Yushangling capsule. ......
