【摘要】 目的 制备汉防己甲素脂质体并进行性状观察研究。方法 采用逆相蒸发法制备汉防己甲素脂质体，检测脂质体稳定性、药物包封率和不同存放时间药物渗漏率，电镜观察脂质体形态、大小。结果 汉防己甲素脂质体(膜脂浓度35mg/ml)稳定性良好，药物包封率可达72.9%，药物脂质体4℃存放1、3、6个月时药物渗漏率分别为2.51%、4.52%、8.11%。电镜下观察，脂质体呈圆球形，大小较均匀，粒径大小为(264±47)nm。结论 采用逆相蒸发法成功制备了汉防己甲素脂质体，其具有良好的稳定性和较高的药物包封率。

    Preparation and study of the morphosis and properties of liposome-tetrandrine

    【Abstract】 Objective To prepare liposome-tetrandrine and study the morphosis and properties of liposome-tetrandrine.Methods The liposome-tetrandrine was prepared by reverse-phase evaporation vesicle method.The stability,drug encapsulation efficiency and leakage ratio in different storage period of liposome-tetrandrine were tested,and the morphosis and size of liposome were observed by an electron microscope.Results The liposome-tetrandrine (membrane lipid content:35mg/ml) had a strong stability,and the drug encapsulation efficiency was 72.9% in liposome-tetrandrine.The drug leakage ratio of liposome-tetrandrine reserved in the condition of 4℃ for one month,three months and six months was 2.51%,4.52% and 8.11% respectively.The liposomes had a little ball shape,and the particle size of liposomes was 264±47nm.Conclusion The liposome-tetrandrine was successfully prepared by reverse-phase evaporation vesicle method,it had a strong stability and higher drug encapsulation efficiency. ......
