摘要:目的为充分利用茉莉花叶植物资源,避免资源的浪费,探讨茉莉花叶总黄酮的提取及鉴别方法。方法采用超声波乙醇浸提法从茉莉花叶中提取黄酮类物质,对所提取的黄酮类物质进行验证,并用分光光度法测定含量。结果测得样品中总黄酮的含量C=0.217 6 mg/ml,回收率为102.8%,其纯度和产率均较高。结论该方法采用全物理过程,无任何污染,是提取茉莉花叶黄酮类物质的有效途径。关键词:超声波提取; 茉莉花叶; 总黄酮; 鉴别
The Extraction and Identification of the Total Flavanone of Leaves from jasmiaum sambac air by Ultrasonic Wave

Abstract:ObjectiveTo make use of the resources of the leaves of Jasminum sambac Air, avoid wasting and approach the extraction of total flavanone and identification of the leaves from Jasminum sambac Air. MethodsThe flavonoids were extracted by ethanol as the solvent from the leaves of Jasminum sambac Air with ultrasonic wave. Spectrophotometry was used to determine and extract the content of the flavanone from the leaves of Jasminum sambac Air.ResultsBy this method the content of the total flavanone of the leaves of Jasminum sambac Air was C=0.2176 mg/ml and the rate of recovery was 102.8%.ConclusionThis text provides the extraction and purification methods to get the outcome. The purity of the flavanone is very high .This method is a purely physical process and has no pollution. It is an ideal way to extract the flavanone of the leaves of Jasminum sambac Air. ......
