阴虚阳亢型银屑病的中药治疗与实验研究

     摘要：目的观察中药乐银煎膏剂治疗斑块型银屑病的临床疗效和对实验小鼠细胞免疫及阴道上皮细胞的影响。方法通过临床疗效观察和将小鼠迟发性超敏处理后给予免疫抑制剂和中药，观察其细胞免疫状态；观察中药对实验小鼠阴道上皮细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果该中药临床总有效率为 85% ，并能增加小鼠免疫功能及对小鼠的阴道上皮增殖有一定的抑制作用。结论乐银煎膏剂治疗斑片状银屑病有效，对小鼠免疫功能有调节作用及具有抗有丝分裂作用和微弱的抗肿瘤作用。

    Clinical and Experimental Study on Treatment of Psoriasis Maculata by Leyin Cream

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the Leyin Cream therapeutic effect on Psoriasis Enplaquesand and its action on cellular immunity and vaginal epithelial cell of experimental murine. MethodsObservation of curative effect and the experimental murine were cured by delayed hypersensitive method and with immunodepressant and the Leyin Cream to observe cellular immunity of experimental murine and the Leyin Cream action on vaginal epithelial cell of experimental murine. ResultsEfficacy rate of the cream was 85% and it was able to regulate the cellular immunity function and inhibit the proliferation of vaginal epithelial cell in experimental murine. ConclusionThe cream was effective on psoriasis enplaques and can regulate the action of immunity, inhibit proliferation of epithelial cell and inhibit tumour weakly. ......
