[摘要] 目的 探讨ESWL治疗双侧输尿管结石的有效性与安全性。方法 采用ESWL治疗双侧输尿管结石急性梗阻一侧，共48例，结石长径0.7～1.7 cm。采用B超定位压电式碎石机，术后7 d复查B超，1个月复查肾功能，少尿或无尿者及时复查肾功能及电解质。结果 44例结石排净时间为2～13天，平均6天，术后1个月复查肾功能均恢复正常，成功率为91.7%，4例不成功。所有患者未出现肾功能恶化及其他并发症。结论 ESWL治疗双侧输尿管结石急性梗阻一侧疗效肯定、经济、简便。

    Effection and appreciation of ESWL on hibateral ureteral calculus

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effection and safety of ESWL on hibateral ureteral calculus.Methods 48 cases of hibateral ureteral calculi were enrolled in the study with one of them was obstructed acutely.The size of stones was 0.7 cm～1.7 cm.The engine of lithotripsy was located by B ultrasound.7 days later,recheck B ultrasonograph,and 1 month later recheck renal function.Recheck renal function and electrolyte immediately if oliguria or anuria.Results 44 cases of ureteral calculus were free in 2～13 days,and the average was 6 days,and 4 cases were unsuccessful.None of them had renal function getting worse.acutely and other severe complications.Conclusion The treatment of ESWL efficient、economy. ......
