     摘要：目的比较金果榄回流提取法、超声波提取法、浸渍提取法等不同提取方法的提取率。方法运用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法，以盐酸巴马汀、盐酸药根碱为指标成分作比较。结果回流提取法提取率最高。结论建议选用回流提取法作为金果榄最佳提取方法。
