摘要:目的用正交实验优化超临界CO2流体萃取海南广藿香挥发油成分的工艺条件。方法以萃取压力、萃取温度和萃取时间为考察因素,用出油率和广藿香醇含量为衡量指标综合考察海南广藿香的提取工艺。结果优选出较佳工艺条件为:萃取压力7.2 MPa,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间1 h。结论优选出了超临界CO2流体萃取海南广藿香挥发油成分的较佳工艺条件,为工业化开发提供了理论依据。关键词:海南广藿香 ; 正交实验; 超临界流体萃取
Studies on Pogostemon cablin Benth.with SFE by Orthogonal Experiments

Abstract:ObjectiveTo optimize the technical parameters of Pogostemon cabin Benth.through controlling the different factors of SFE by orthogonal experiments.MethodsUsing the recovery rate of patchouli oil and content of Patchoulic alcohol as indexes,the effects of extraction pressure,extraction temperature ,extraction time were evaluated by orthogonal experiments.ResultsThe optimum conditions for extraction of Pogostemon cablin Benth.were as follows:7.2 MPa,40℃,60 minutes.ConclusionIt can be used for the theoretical basis.
