逆流萃取法从金银花粗粉中提取绿原酸的研究

摘要:目的对乙酸乙酯多级逆流萃取法从金银花粗粉中提取高纯绿原酸的工艺过程进行理论分析和实验验证。方法通过对相比n,萃取级数N,萃取液pH等对萃取效果影响的探讨,确定逆流萃取操作的最佳工艺参数。结果萃取液酸度在2.0左右,相比为1.5∶1,采用三级逆流萃取操作可得到纯度为83.46%(UV测定)的绿原酸产品,总绿原酸收率可达70.31%。结论采用醋酸乙酯多级逆流萃取可以由金银花粗粉制备高纯绿原酸。关键词:金银花; 绿原酸; 多级逆流萃取
Study on the Multistage Countercurrent Extraction of Chlorogenic Acid from Flos Lonicerae extract powder

Abstract:ObjectiveThe multistage countercurrent extraction of chlorogenic acid(CGA) from Flos Lonicerae extract powder with ethyl acetate as the extractant was theoretically analyzed and experimentally proved. MethodsThe purity of the product and recovery rate of CGA was discussed by changing the number of stages, the ratio of phases and the acidity of solution to ascertain the optimal operation parameters of the process.ResultsThe results showed that the optimal condition was: phase ratio=1.5:1, pH=2.0, the number of stages=3. At this condition, the purity of product obtained was as high as 83.46%(UV) with a recovery rate of 70.31%.ConclusionThe methad is available to obtain high purity chlorogenic acid from Flos Lonicerae extract powder. ......
